To integrate Comprehend PT with TheraOffice:
- Start an initial evaluation session in TheraOffice
- Ensure all tabs/sections are visible (they will populate during the process)
- Click the Comprehend icon in Chrome
- Click the “+” button
- The extension detects:
- Patient name
- Visit type (initial evaluation)
- Current page context
- Relevant patient & encounter info auto-populates into the extension
- Click Record
- Complete the evaluation as you normally would and speak naturally
- Include:
- Patient complaint & pain level
- Injury mechanism & timeline
- Current symptoms & aggravating factors
- ROM with values and pain
- Special tests
- Strength testing
- Palpation findings
- Treatment actions & frequency
- Click Stop once the evaluation is complete
- Audio uploads automatically
- Transcript is stored for reference
- Audio is deleted to remain HIPAA-compliant
- Click Comprehend
- Review each section as it generates in real-time
- For each TheraOffice tab (Assessment, Goals, ROM, etc.):
- Click into that tab
- Click Scan to read the page
- Click Comprehend
- System fills each area automatically including:
- Assessment narrative
- SMART short-term & long-term goals (CMS-ready)
- Active & passive ROM values
- Strength findings
- Treatment plan
- Confirm all information populated correctly
- Edit or adjust fields if needed
- Add discipline-specific or clinic-preferred language as desired
- Finalize each section
- Save the documentation in TheraOffice
