To integrate Comprehend PT with Fusion EMR:
- Open a Daily Note in Fusion EMR for your patient (e.g., John Doe).
- Activate the Chrome Extension and click the Plus Icon to link the note.
- Customize the Template — edit fields or insert example notes to match your clinical documentation style.
- Start Recording your session naturally with the patient.
- Click Stop once the session ends — your audio will upload automatically.
- Click “Comprehend” and the AI will populate fields like objective data, assessment, plan, and home exercise activities.
- Review & Edit — add or revise content anytime. You can even re-record or insert new details, and the AI will update accordingly.
Everything can be tailored to your preferred format, note style, or treatment protocols.
