To integrate Comprehend PT with Heno:
- Open a New Evaluation in Heno
- Start by opening a new evaluation inside Heno EMR.
- Activate the Comprehend Chrome Extension
- Click the Comprehend icon in your Chrome toolbar
- Click the “+” button to sync data with the EMR
- Allow Patient Info to Auto-Populate
- The extension automatically pulls in:
- Patient name & details
- Visit type (evaluation)
- Required EMR fields
- The extension automatically pulls in:
- Start Recording Your Evaluation
- Click Record
- Complete your evaluation as normal and speak naturally
- Include key clinical info such as:
- Patient name & chief complaint
- Pain level & mechanism of injury
- History / past symptoms
- ROM & strength findings
- Special test results
- Initial treatment plan & frequency
- Stop Recording When Finished
- Click Stop when done
- Transcript is saved for reference
- Audio is automatically deleted to remain HIPAA-compliant
- Generate Your Note
- Click Comprehend
- The system automatically fills the evaluation sections in Heno, including:
- Subjective
- Objective measures
- Assessment
- Plan of care
- Short-term goals
- Long-term goals
- Review & Customize if Needed
- Edit or add details as desired
- You can stop & restart recording anytime for additional entries
- Save and Complete the Evaluation
- Review for accuracy
- Save as a completed note inside Heno
