- Install & Pin the Chrome extension.
- Log into Jane and open the patient’s chart (e.g., initial eval).
- Click the Plus Icon in the extension to link the chart to Comprehend.
- Record the Visit — just talk naturally with your patient.
- Stop Recording to auto-upload and transcribe the session.
- Click “Comprehend” and watch the AI fill in relevant fields like subjective notes, pain levels, goals, and ICD-10 codes.
- Customize any part of the chart to match your clinical voice or documentation style.
