This integration merges Raintree’s powerful, enterprise-ready EMR platform with Comprehend PT’s intelligent documentation tools—like real-time voice-to-text and adaptive charting workflows. To integrate Comprehend PT with Raintree EMR:
- Open Comprehend PT and click the “Sync Calendar” button.
- Comprehend will pull in recent visits from your Raintree schedule automatically.
- Select the visit you'd like to document — for example, a PTEVA note.
- Click “Record” and conduct your session as usual, whether on desktop or mobile.
- Once finished, click “Stop”, then hit “Comprehend” to auto-fill fields like subjective, objective, and treatment plans.
- All content will be pushed directly to Raintree — just make sure the visit is closed in Raintree before syncing to avoid errors.
