To integrate Comprehend PT with Stride:
- Open Your Note in Stride
- Begin by opening the patient’s note in Stride (eval or follow-up).
- Launch the Comprehend Chrome Extension
- Click the extension icon
- Click Add New Visit (+)
- The AI will automatically detect:
- Patient name
- Visit type
- Current Stride page context
- Start Recording the Session
- Click Record in the extension
- Let it run in the background OR give a short “brain dump” narrative
- Speak naturally and include:
- Chief complaint & pain levels
- ROM values & pain
- Interventions performed
- Exercises & weights/reps/sets
- Frequency plan and goals
- Stop Recording
- Click Stop once finished
- Audio uploads and transcribes
- Recording is deleted for HIPAA security
- Generate the Note in Stride
- Click Comprehend
- The AI fills in Stride note fields automatically, including:
- Pain & functional status
- Objective measures
- Assessment
- Goals
- Plan
- Flow sheet entries
- Adjust Content Live & Teach the AI
- Edit any field you want written differently
- Click Learn to train the AI to write future notes in your preferred wording/style
- Ensure Structured Fields Are Open
- If you want values in the actual ROM table, open the ROM table in Stride
- Then refresh that section in the extension to auto-fill
- Same method for:
- Goals
- Plan
- Flow sheet
- Refresh Individual Sections When Needed
- Open the tab/field in Stride
- Click Refresh in Comprehend for that section
- AI re-writes the section with updated visibility
- Use Compliance Assistant (Optional)
- View compliance suggestions (CMS-based)
- Add recommended detail for higher compliance score
- Re-comprehend to update your grade (shoot for A)
- Use Chat / Clinical Support Features
- Ask AI for:

- Add to Flow Sheet Automatically
- Ensure there is an empty row/space in the flow sheet
