To integrate Comprehend PT with WebPT:
- Open your daily note in WebPT.
- Activate the Chrome Extension and click the Plus (+) Icon — this auto-detects the patient name and note type.
- Click “Record” and proceed with your patient visit as usual.
- When finished, click “Stop” — your audio is uploaded and transcribed in real time.
- Click “Comprehend” to instantly populate fields across your WebPT note, including:
- Subjective (pain levels, patient statements)
- Objective (range of motion, exercises, pre/post treatment)
- Assessment
- Plan of care
- The AI also fills in any open fields you’ve left ready in your note.
- Use built-in tools like the Compliance Score (aligned with CMS guidelines) to ensure complete documentation.
